Autologous mixed bone grafting for the treatment of adult acetabular dysplasia acetabulum bone defect
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of autologous bone particles,mixed bone cement bone grafting in total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of adult acetabular dysplasia bone defect. Methods Autologous bone particles, mixed bone cement bone grafting were used in the 59 cases(66 hips) of Crowe typeⅡ~Ⅳadult acetabular dyspla-sia with bone defect,who underwent total hip arthroplasty. Results All patients were followed up for 1 ~3 years, Harris scores increased from 48.76 ± 7.79 preoperatively to 92.09 ± 3.61 at postoperative 6 months, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.001);the results showed that the excellent was in 56 hips, good 8 hips, fair 2 hips,excellent-good rate was 96.97%. Conclusions Autologous bone cement and bone particles bone graft in the treatment of adult acetabular dysplasia acetabulum bone defect patients are with shorter operation time,less blood loss,bone graft is healed,the curative effect is accurate.关键词
