摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using fibular complex tissue flap in lower limbs traumatic bone and soft tissue defect. Methods The 14 cases of lower limbs traumatic bone and soft tissue defect were re-ceived fibular complex tissue flap surgery. Results At 2 weeks after surgery, the free fibular complex tissue flaps were all survival in the first stage,only 1 case of the soft tissue had partial necrosis,and recovered after changing the drug. All 14 patients were followed up for 24 months. At 12 months after operation,the shape of the recipient area in 10 cases were good,the fibular tibia was good,the ankle stability was improved,and the matching degree was high. At the final follow-up,according to Enneking system limbs function evaluation standard,the result was excellent in 9 cases,good in 2,fair in 2,and poor in 1. Conclusions It can obtain satisfied therapeutic effect by using fibular com-plex tissue flap surgery in the treatment of bone and soft tissue defect.关键词
