摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of treating tibial plateau fractures involving posterolateral column through the improved anterolateral approach. Methods Seventeen patients with tibial plateau fractures involving pos-terolateral column were treated by locking compression plate through improved anterolateral approach. Results One case developed wound discharge postoperatively, the secretion was cultured without obvious bacteria,and the wound was healed after debridement and wound dressing repeatedly.All patients wre followed up for 11~23 months;fracture healing time ranged from 12 weeks to 20 weeks.At the final follow-up,range of the knee extension was-5°~3°,knee flexion was 95°~135°.According to the Rasmussen′s radiological grading,11 cases got excellent results,5 good,1 fair.According to the HSS grading,12 cases got excellent results,4 good,1 poor. Conclusions The improved antero-lateral approach for tibial plateau fractures involving posterolateral column has the advantages of familiar,safe,resto-ral and reliable results.关键词
