Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of autologous serum eye drops in the treatment of fila-mentary keratitis after excimer laser corneal refractive surgery.Methods 52 patients in our hospital treated with filamenta-ry keratitis between August 2014 and August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.26 cases in the con-trol group(50 eyes)were treated with conventional therapy;26 cases in the experimental group(50 eyes)were treated with autologous serum eye drops.The number of corneal filament and the changes of symptoms,signs and cure time before and after treatment in two groups were observed,and the results were analyzed in SPSS 22.0.Results All patients had significantly lower corneal silk volume and the less symptoms and signs after treatment(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of corneal wound and the score of symptoms and signs in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05),and the cure time(12.77 ±2.01 days)and recurrence rate(4.00%), adverse reaction rate were also lower than those in the control group(12.77 ±2.01 days,18.00%;P <0.05).Clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(Z=-2.339,P <0.05).Total effective rate(92%)was higher than that of the con-trol group(72%)but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=2.439,P >0.05).The incidence of adverse re-actions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ2=7.200,P <0.05).Conclu-sions Autologous serum eye drops can effectively reduce the incidence of filiform keratitis,coiling quantity,and healing time in patients received excimer laser corneal refractive surgery.It has good clinical efficacy and safety,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
