Abstract
The influence of comber cylinder location and lap scale on the comb noil rate was discussed.The concept of abnormal noil was put forward.The influence rule of the movement matching relationship between sep-arated roller and cylinder on the web tail length and abnormal noil rate was analyzed.HC500 comber was taken as an example.The comb noil rate for different lap scale and cylinder location were tested.The test results show that the web tail length and abnormal noil rate are increased when the cylinder location is later and the lap scale is large.However,when the lap scale is close to"+0.5",the abnormal noil rate is rapidly increased.For smaller combed lap with effective fiber length of 29.40 mm,the combed noil rate is the lowest when cylinder location is 36 indexing and lap scale is"-1".It is considered that the abnormal noil can be reduced or prevented by reasona-ble setting the lap scale and cylinder location.The economic benefit of combing process can be improved.关键词
