Abstract
The adjustment methods of double combing process under different combing preparation processes were discussed.By analyzing the elements for sticky lap during three combing preparation processes,reasonable configuration of process parameters were put forward.Through well implementing a series of technology meas-ures like equipment foundation refined adjustment,optimized selection of combing element and so on,the sticky lap issue was well solved.The succesful production and yarn quality of super fine yarn spinning were effectively ensured.It is considered that the double combing process under related combing preparation process should focus on reducing the total drawing number and total draft multiple.关键词
