Abstract
The main characteristic and using effect of E86 Comber were discussed.Taking E86 Comber spinning JC 14.6 tex condensed yarn as an example,relevant cotton assorting indexes,the AFIS indexes of card sliver & combed sliver and the yarn quality indexes were tested.The results show that comparing with card sliver,neps clearance rate is 64% after combing,impurity clearance rate is 75.4% and weight short fi-ber content clearance rate is 49.5%.T he neps and evenness indexes of yarn are achieved better level.It is considered that E86 Comber has better clearance rate for neps,short fiber content and impurity.It has better temperature & humidity suitability and can reach the high-production,high-efficiency and high-quality tech-nology effect.关键词
