Abstract
The influence elements and application of DR value were discussed.The relationship among DR value with spinning method,raw material length,CVm,CV1 m,CV3 mand CV10 mwere analyzed.The study shows that the main element affecting DR value variation is the inner quality of roving before feeding to spinning draft zone for the spinning method of single roving feeding.The main control measures to reduce DR value and DR vari-ation were put forward by analyzing the influence of technology selection and equipment condition of roving feed-ing mechanism,draft mechanism,twisting & winding mechanism and yarn back guiding mechanism.It is consid-ered that the yarn DR value is very close to the knitting fabric real quality.Reduction of DR value and DR value variation is beneficial to the improvement of fabric real quality.关键词
