摘要

Abstract

The improvement effect of TiO2hydrosol treatment on the aging resistance of polypropylene geo-textile was discussed.TiO2hydrosol was prepared by sol-gel method.The acid resistance,alkali resistance,wash-ing resistance and metal ion resistance of TiO2hydrosol treated polypropylene geotextile with different aging time were tested.The test results show that the anti-ultraviolet finishing effect of polypropylene geotextile is the best when the mass fraction of TiO2hydrosol in butyl titanate is 13%,the mass fraction of glacial acetic acid is 25%and the mixing time is 70 min.After TiO2hydrosol dip finishing treatment,the anti-ultraviolet property of polypropyl-ene geotextile is improved and the acid-base resistance,washing resistance and metal ion resistance are better.It is consid-ered that the aging resistance of polypropylene geotextile can be improved after TiO2hydrosol treatment.
