Influence of Processing Parameter on the Property of Cellulose Acetate Fiber Blended Siro Yarn
摘要
Abstract
The influence of processing parameter on the property of cellulose acetate fiber blended siro yarn was discussed.Cotton/cellulose acetate fiber 60/40 blended yarn was taken as an example.Different samples were produced by changing the roving gauge,roving twist factor and draft multiple in back zone.The indexes like yarn breaking strength,hairiness,evenness and so on were tested.The influence of the three elements on the siro yarn properties was studied.Through orthogonal test,the influence rule of siro spinning process on the properties of cellulose acetate blended siro yarn were compared and analyzed.And optimized processing parameters were found out.It is considered that further exploring the spinnability of cellulose acetate fiber and finding the disadvantages and improvement directions of cellulose acetate fiber are beneficial to the wider promotion and application of cellu-lose acetate fiber.关键词
