摘要

Abstract

The main physical properties and structural characteristics of rotor yarn produced in different rotor speeds were discussed.The properties of Lyocell 27 tex rotor yarns in five different rotor speeds like strength &elongation property,3 mm hairiness number,twist factor,wet snarling count and so on were analyzed.With the help of microscope and tracer fiber method,the surface structure of rotor yarn was observed,fiber three-dimen-sional track was rebuilt and the influence of rotor speed on the internal fiber structure of rotor yarn was qualita-tively analyzed.The experiments show that a certain content of fibers are transferred from internal to external during rotor spinning.Moreover,the higher the rotor speed,the frequency and scope of fibers transferring from in-ternal to external show an increase trend.There are more fiber reversal fragments inside of rotor yarn.The single yarn wet snarling counts are decreased because of these structure properties.It is considered that the internal structure study of rotor yarn is helpful to the improvement of rotor yarn quality.
