摘要

Abstract

The spinning method of combed cotton/graphene modified nylon 60/40 14.8 tex siro condensed yarn was discussed.According to optimize the raw material,a certain proportion of cotton fiber was blended in o-pening & picking process.The lapping difficult problem of graphene modified nylon was solved.The blending ra-dio of yarn was adjusted by blending a certain proportion of combed cotton sliver in pre-drawing process.The fiber injury should be avoided in combing process while ensuring better carding and removing impurity.Drawing and roving technology process were optimized.Siro condensed spinning method was adopted.The control of floating fiber in draft area was strengthened.The spinning process parameters were calculated and adjusted.After test,all property indexes of yarn are better.It is considered that the difficulties of the blended yarn production are solved on cotton spinning machine by aiming at the technology research of graphene modified nylon.
