Design and Production of Diamond Small Jacquard Fabric
摘要
Abstract
The key points of design and production of a diamond small jacquard fabric were summarized. JC 11.8 tex condensed yarn was used as warp and weft of fabric,its quality indexes were introduced.Fabric tex-ture,warp & weft linear intensity and so on indexes were designed.The key points in warping,sizing and weaving were summarized.Comfort property,anti-wrinkle effect and added value of fabric were improved by after-finish-ing.The properties of fabric were tested.The results show that each properties of fabric have reached the better level.It is considered that the diamond small jacquard fabric can be used as high-grade summer shirt fabric.关键词
