摘要
Abstract
Planning design problems of modern spinning mill were discussed.Taking a spinning mill project as an example,rieter spinning equipments were mainly chose,mill planning,production project,equipment selec-tion,machine matching & arrangement and other aspects were designed.And blowing-carding unit,roving-spin-ning unit,spinning-winding unit,automatic packaging system and factory on-line monitoring system were matched.Finally,expected design effect was reached from product yield and quality,production environment,in-telligent control and other aspects.It is considered that the reasonable spinning technology,the higher factory space utilization,the smoother material flow workshop should be realized in spinning mill planning design.The in-telligent control and create conditions for the late factory operation and economic benefit improvement should be realized.关键词
