Die design of drawing forming on insert type for automobile front frame
摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the forming process of front frame of automobile,the stamping pro-gram was determined:blanking and punching,pre-drawing forming,drawing forming, flanging and trimming,punching pinholes,and punching side hole.The die design of draw-ing forming on insert type,the selection of stamping equipment,die material and the work-ing principle were introduced.The practice shows that the defective rate of the product is reduced from 20% to 0.3% which improves the quality of the product and the production efficiency and reduces the production cost.关键词
