摘要
Abstract
A laminated mould with 16 cavities was designed to meet the requirements of the product quality,appearance,production batch and other process characteristics of a health drink bottle cap.According to asymmetric trapezoidal thread of inner cap,top pits,anti-skid stria and other structural features,the injection system,cooling system,ejector mecha-nism,parting surface selection of the mould was introduced.The gap between the swollen hot runner nozzle and the cavity,the relationship between the position of the inlet and out-let of the cooling water channel and the temperature difference control,the matched rela-tionship between the stripping plate and the core and so on was analyzed to solve problems of the incidental strain in demoulding,deformation,low precision of inner surface and en-sure the forming quality of the health drink cap and achieve continuous mass production.关键词
