摘要
Abstract
The stress analysis of the top cover under the vulcanizing condition for the tire mould was carried out.A simplified mechanical model of the top cover was established ac-cording to the elastic-plastic mechanical sheet calculation theory.The production practice indicated that the accumulation of the deformation for the top cover will reflect the plastic consumption and strength damage of the top cover material and then have a direct impact on the closing accuracy of tire mould and tire curing quality.By using finite element simulation to analyze the area of the closed plate which will influence the deformation of top cover,the structure-assembly form of the upper plate and the material,the conclusions were gotten that the deformation of closed plate structure for fan-shaped top cover is smaller than that for the rectangular top cover,the material deformation of the 45 forged steel is smaller than that of the Q235 and the side plate structure of the overall top cover have less deformation than the bolt connection structure.Theoretical guidance was provided for the determination of the connecting structure and material for the top cover.关键词
