摘要
Abstract
Some sheet metal whose length exceeds the bending tooling capacity can be manu-factured based on sectional forming where there are some problems such as line difficulties, poor forming,and stress concentration,however.In this paper,the process of segmental bending forming production was discussed.The finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the appearance quality and thickness variation of parts in the process of forming and after forming;The typical parts were verified by production and their appearance quali-ty and drawing performance were considered.The results indicate that the segmental ben-ding forming can meet the production requirements of specific parts and could be used as an alternative scheme in the part production with low appearance quality and low working load requirements.关键词
