摘要

Abstract

Starting from the objective requirements of digital manufacturing and modification design of aviation analog aircraft,reverse modeling methods of aircraft tooling products were put forward based on sample plate.The error distributions of the reverse modeling process were analyzed and plate contour information was extracted based on photographic scanning equipment.At the same time,through the curve optimization,coordinating posi-tioning datum and surface modeling function,the reverse curve was established.Finally, the on-line inspection of tooling products was realized with three dimensional laser scanning method which verified the application of reverse modeling in aviation product manufactur-ing.
