高羊茅根系增强土壤粘聚力的试验研究
Experimental study of increment in shear strength of soil with roots of tall fescue plants

Abstract
Tall fescue(Festuca arundinacea Schreb)planted in three different kinds of soils,namely,high hill soil,heavy cal-cium soil and river sand(SiO2particles)in flower pot was chosen as the research object.In order to study the growth and for-mation of the root-soil,the shear strength of the root-soil complex system,the root surface area,the volume and the length of roots,the pH value and electricity conductivity rate of soil of root zone were measured.The results of direct shearing experi-ment suggests the plant root system subjected to the same water content rate and the same vertical load obviously increased the shear strength of soil and the cohesive force(compared with the soil),but the internal friction angle increased very slightly;that the cohesive force of soil increased with the increase in root volume,and the electricity conductivity rate and pH value of the other root-soil complex area are also improved.In addition,the"root and soil relationship"in which the plant root system increases the soil cohesive force and the mechanism in which the root-soil complex system increased the soil cohesion were discussed.关键词
