摘要

Abstract

The organosilicon modified epoxy resin matrix composite coatings with properties of high temperature resistance, wear-resistance and self-lubricating were studied.This kind of coating uses the organosilicon modified epoxy resin and bis-phenol A curing agent as the matrix,uses the graphite andmolybdenum disulfide as the solid self-lubricating agent,and uses the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)and nano-alumina as the high temperature resistant auxiliaries.The preparation condi-tions are optimized and the performance of the coating is tested.The heat resistant temperature of the coating can reach up to 650℃,which can meet the sealing and lubrication requirements of the automobile exhaust system and the turbocharging sys-tem.
