江西省高新技术产业集群政策体系分析及评价
Research on system analysis and effectiveness of hi-tech industry cluster policy in Jiangxi Province

Abstract
The cluster policy plays an important role in guiding and supporting the development of hi-tech industry cluster. Based on the policy of hi-tech industry cluster in Jiangxi Province in recent years,five dimensions of the cluster policy,in-cluding"promoting dialogues and cooperation","promoting demand","providing intellectual support","promoting interna-tional connections",and"improving cluster framework",were summarized.Then based on the evaluating method for the ef-fectiveness of hi-tech industry cluster policy,the effectiveness of the industry cluster policy in Jiangxi was empirically re-searched.The results show that,in general,the effective rate is 52.28%.And from the dimensions level,the effectiveness of"improving cluster framework"is the weakest,and that of"promoting international connections"is the best,and that of oth-er three policies dimensions is in the middle.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.关键词
