112例宫颈癌术后化疗期患者创伤后成长水平及影响因素分析
Status and Influence Factors of Posttraumatic Growth in Cervical Cancer Patients Receiving Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of posttraumatic growth (PTG) and its influence factors in cervical cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Methods General information questionnaire, Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI), Distress Thermometer (DT)and PTSD Check List Civilian Version were used to investigate 112 cervical cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Results The total score of PTGI was 58.73±11.09,which indicated a medium level of PTG. There was a negative correlation between the score of PTGI and DT, posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and hypervigilance among the patients(P<0.05) but no correlation between re-experience and new possibilities and the psychological change (P>0.05). Numbness or avoidance was not related to hypervigilance (P>0.05).Multiple step wise regression analysis showed that the variables of age,chronic disease,average income per person in family, chemotherapy course, the score of DT, the total score of PCL-C and hypervigilance were the main influencing factor of the scores of PTG(P<0.05). ConcIusion Individualized intervention plan should be proposed for cervical cancer patients with different characteristics; comprehensive psychological nursing for the positive and negative emotion of patients during chemotherapy is conducive to the improvement of PTG of the patients and helping them get through the chemotherapy period smoothly.关键词
