Scientificity of Nurse Humanistic Practice Ability Assessment Scale
摘要
Abstract
Objective To identify the weight and criterion validity of indicators in nurse humanistic practice ability assessment scale (NHPAA) and to provide a scientific assessment tool for nurses' ability of humanistic practice. Methods The values of variable importance were acquired through Delphi method and the weight of each indicator was calculated and the consistency was checked through analytic hierarchy process. The criterion-related validity was measured using the Caring Behaviors Inventory. Results The 5 first-level indicators and their weights of were as follows: practical ability of humanistic care (0.512), interpersonal skills and ethics (0.175), legal practice ability (0.175), self-management ability (0.080), psychology adapting ability(0.058). CI or CR<0.1 indicated a satisfied consistency. There was high correlation between these two scales(r=0.856, P<0.001). ConcIusion Nurse humanistic practice ability assessment scale developed in the study is comprehensive and scientific and it can be served as a tool to measure the humanistic practice ability of nurses.关键词
