Abstract
Objective To establish a core competence evaluation index system for nurse specialists in cardiac intervention, and to provide reference for the appointment, training and assessment of nurse specialists in cardiac intervention. Methods The core competence evaluation index system for nurse specialists in cardiac intervention was developed after 2-round expert consultation. The weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results The enthusiasm of experts in both rounds was 100%; the CR was 0.71~0.95. The core competence evaluation index system consisted of 5 first-level indicators, 18 second-level indicators, and 64 evaluation criterions. The weights were 0.062~0.417 for the first-level indicators, 0.008~0.278 for the second-level indicators. The consistency test value of judgment matrix ranged from 0.000~0.046,and the consistency ratio were 0.000~0.045. Conclusion The core competence evaluation index system can be served as the reference for the appointment, training and assessment for nurse specialists in cardiac intervention.关键词
