Interpreting the Discourse Value of the Concept of"Socialism with Chinese Characteristics"
摘要
Abstract
In the report delivered at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized that efforts must be made to strengthen Party leadership over ideological work and explore new ground in advancing Party-related theories. We must uphold Marxism, firm up and further build the ideal of Communism and a shared ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and nurture and practice core socialist values,while making continued and greater efforts to maintain the initiative and ensure we have our say in the realm of ideology. As a result,we should hold firmly the leading position in ideological work as ideology determines the direction a culture should take and the path it should follow as it develops. In particular,the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is endowed with rich discourse power in promoting the Chinese road and model of development,achieving national rejuvenation,and popularizing Marxism.关键词
