互联网金融背景下商业银行机构扁平化改革研究
Research on Flat Organization-Oriented Reform of Commercial Banks in the Context of Internet Finance
摘要
Abstract
The emergence and development of the Internet has profoundly changed people's way of life and atti-tudes towards commercial banking,which has brought about huge impact on the traditional management system of commercial banks. With the deepening of the reform of China's financial system,the reform of the organization of commercial banks has also reached a critical stage,and some commercial banks have begun to explore the path of flat organization-oriented reform,also known as horizontal organization-oriented reform or delayering. In light of the prominent problems that arise in the process of financial institutional reforms,a new organizational model of parent-branch banking configuration should be established in accordance to the principle of efficiency,security and appro-priateness against the backdrop of burgeoning Internet finance. At the same time,it will be of great significance to innovate in the mode of information communication,set up customer-centric management responsibilities and prop-erly handle government-bank relationships. The advancement of the flat organization-oriented reform will be highly conducive to boosting the operational vitality of commercial banks.关键词
