On the Challenges and Extensions of 3D Painting to the Artistic View of Painting
摘要
Abstract
In the history of painting,3D painting is an emerging type of painting which uses anti-scenography to create stereoscopic images emanating a sense of reality and quasi-reality visual experiences on two-dimensional planes. 3D painting also deliberately eliminates the plane elements of painting medium and the boundaries between painting and reality. The idea and practice of 3D painting have been a challenge to the existing artistic view of painting. Such a challenge has extended the connotation of the essence of the painting art. 3D painting has over-come the narrow side of the approach to modern art as an autonomous practice,restored the essential links between painting and the real world,and revealed the authenticity of artistic painting and its essence of being a"pure(visu-al) form".关键词
