煅烧温度对溶胶-凝胶合成BCZT纳米粉体的影响
Effect of Calcination Temperature on BCZT Nano-powder Synthesized via Sol-gel Method

Abstract
0.5Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8) O3-0.5 (Ba0.7Ca0.3) TiO3 (BCZT) nano-powders were synthesized by sol-gel method,and the effect of calcination temperature on structure and morphology was investigated.The results of TG-DSC,XRD,SEM,TEM and FTIR show that the BCZT powders exhibite a single cubic phase structure in the calcination temperatures ranging from 900 ℃ to 1100 ℃.With the increase of calcination temperature,the crystallinity and particle size of the powders increase gradually.The appropriate calcination temperature for sol-gel synthesized BCZT powders is 900 ℃,which is about 400 ℃ lower than that for solid-state reaction.BCZT powders synthesized at 900 ℃ are single-phased and well crystallized with homogenous elemental distribution,whose particle size is 50-60 nm.关键词
