摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the influence factors of bearing capacity were classified into two categories"randomness factor"and"attenuation factor".The specific meaning of each factor was explained and their statistic parameters were calculated.Furthermore, the bearing capacity attenuation functions for wharf components were established by function fitting.In conclusion,the rational expression with linear polynomial numerator and quadratic polynomial denominator is best for the attenuation function.As long as the bearing capacity can be assured at the initial moment and other three moments,the model of time-dependent bearing capacity can be entirely built.So the time-dependent reliability can be assessed.
