油橄榄叶提取物对酒精性肝活性物质的影响
Effects of Olive Leaf Extract on Active Substance of Alcohol Hepatic
摘要
Abstract
Objective:the aim of the study was to explore protection role of olive leaf extract (OLE) on alcohol hepatic injury.Methods:a hepatic injury model of rat by using edible alcohol was established with increasing dosage for twenty-four weeks.In the process of experimental hepatic injury,the rats were given OLE at doses of 250,500 or 1 000 mg/kg by intragastric administration.The changes of liver histological structure were observed by biomicroscopy.The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST),triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC)in serum were tested.The contents of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in liver were detected by radioimmunoassay.Spectrophotometry was used to detect the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),glutathione reductase (GR) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in liver.Results:compared with the model group,after the treatments of OLE,the levels of TG,TC,ALT,AST,TNF-α,IL-1β,MDA were significantly decreased,the activities of SOD,CAT and GR were significantly increased.Further experiments found that OLE decreased liver injury.Conclusion:OLE has a protective effect on alcohol hepatic injury,due to reduce free radical lesion and relieve inflammatory response.关键词
