养猪场户动物福利的认知、行为与意愿分析——基于山东省533家养猪场户的问卷调查
Analysis of Awareness,Behavior and Willingness to Animal Welfare among Pig-Raising Households or Farms Based on 533 Questionnaires from Shandong Province

Abstract
Improving the welfare of pigs was not only important for achieving healthy breeding,ensuring pork quality and easing international trade barriers,but also an inevitable international trend.Based on 533 questionnaires from 15 cities in Shandong Province under the background of the first standard of pig welfare enacting in China,this research analyzed the awareness,behavior and willingness to animal welfare among pig-raising households or farms.Firstly,the awareness was analyzed from the aspects of animal welfare's concept,idea,the importance of improving pig welfare and the effect on breeding cost,etc.Secondly,the behavior of them was analyzed from the aspects of physiological welfare,environmental welfare,health welfare,behavioral welfare and psychological welfare.Thirdly,the willingness was analyzed from the aspects of participating in the animal welfare certification schemes and increasing funding for the improvement of pig welfare.The results showed that physiological welfare has became highly valued by the surveyed pig-raising households or farms.Most pig-raising households or farms were willing to participate in the animal welfare certification schemes and increase funding for the improvement of pig welfare.Some pig-raising households or farms took irregular behaviors on the aspects of environmental,health,behavioral and psychological welfare,because they had lower awareness of animal welfare and its certification.In order to strengthen the behavior on animal welfare of pig-raising households or farms,it was the first thing to improve their awareness and willingness through propaganda,training,guidance and supervision by the government,and they also need learn and appropriately expand breeding scale proactively.关键词
