子宫内膜癌患者病灶超声造影成像检查结果、增殖凋亡基因编码蛋白表达及其相关性分析
Results of ultrasound contrast imaging of patients with endometrial cancer,expression of proliferation and apoptosis gene encoded proteins and the relationships between them

Abstract
Objective To explore the ultrasonography parameters of endometrial carcinoma(EC)and the expression changes of prolifer-ation and apoptosis gene encoded proteins in the lesion tissues as well as the relationship between them. Methods Seventy-nine cases of patients with EC were selected as the EC group,and 53 cases of patients with hystero-myoma were treated as the hysteromyoma group.The patients of the two groups were examined by ultrasound contrast ima-ging.The peak intensity of the lesion(Peak),peak time(TTP), and the average transit time of contrast agent(MMT) were recorded.The hysterectomy was performed to obtain the lesion tissues.Western blotting was used to measure the rela-tive expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Bax, Beclin1, CDK4, and CDK6 proteins in the two groups.Results The Peak, MTT, and TTP of the EC group were higher than those of the hysteromyoma group(all P<0.05).The expression levels of Survivin,Bcl-2,CDK4,and CDK6 in the EC group were higher,while the expression levels of Bax and Beclin 1 proteins were lower than those in the hysteromyoma group(all P<0.05).The Peak was positively correlated with Survivin,Bcl-2, CDK4,and CDK6 in the EC patients(r=0.704,0.692,0.737,and 0.730;all P<0.05),and was negatively correla-ted with Bax and Beclin12 proteins(r=-0.687 and -0.709,both P<0.05).MTT was positively correlated with the expression of Survivin,Bcl-2,CDK4,and CDK6 in the lesion tissues(r=0.689,0.731,0.725, and 0.694, all P<0.05),and was negatively correlated with the expression of Bax and Beclin 12 proteins(r=-0.714 and -0.698,both P<0.05).TTP was negatively correlated with expression of Survivin,Bcl-2,CDK4,and CDK6 in the lesion tissues(r=-0.706, -0.725, -0.723,and -0.701;all P<0.05),and was positively correlated with the expression of Bax and Beclin12 proteins(r=-0.696 and -0.719,both P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the patients with hysteromy-oma,the ultrasound contrast parameters Peak,MTT,and TTP are higher in EC patients,and the expression levels of Sur-vivin,Bcl-2,CDK4,and CDK6 are higher,while the expression levels of Bax and Beclin 1 are lower.The Peak, MTT, and TTP of the EC patients are related to the proliferation of the lesions,the apoptotic protein Survivin,Bcl-2,Bax,Bec-lin1,CDK4,and CDK6 expression.Ultrasound imaging examination of the lesions of EC patients is helpful to determine the expression of apoptosis-related proteins.关键词
