摘要

Abstract

This paper focuses on the urgent need of Chinese enterprises to build the waste heat generation constructions in cement factories overseas. This paper starts from the key Chinese technical standards about the waste heat power generation technologies in cement factories, analyzes the provisions involved and quoted in the standards related to the general construction, the technological system design and the construction and acceptance criteria. By adopting a reasonable standards data mining and comparing method, this paper compares and analyzes the provisions and technical indicators in Chinese standards and the corresponding foreign standards, reveals the distinctions of the content of Chinese standards and foreign standards.
