Abstract
The de facto standards is approved and accepted by the market. This paper analyzes the China's competitive advantage in the export of the technology of the waste heat power generation in cement factories, describes the foundation and the path method based on the de facto standards competition, and illustrates the implementation pattern for the promotion of the internationalization of Chinese standards with enterprises as the main bodies.关键词
