A Brief Study on SEP Layouts and Enterprise Standardization
摘要
Abstract
Under the influence of the trends of "Standardization of Patents" and "Patentization of Standards", the combination of the SEP layouts and the standardization activities of enterprises has become been increasingly closer. In the current situation of international standardization and industrial competition, the work of drawing up the guidelines of SEP layouts should highlights international trade and industrial competition, the combination of patents and standards, as well as practices of enterprises. While launching the official version of the guide as soon as possible and organizing the implementation, the relevant provisions on key areas and industries should be refined and detailed as well. The research, formulation, release and implementation of the guidance, will be taken as an opportunity to promote the formation of an effective convergence mechanism between standard developments and patent layouts.关键词
