Abstract
This paper analyzes the evaluation model, evaluation body, evaluation method and content of standardization technology organization, and draws a set of performance evaluation system suitable for standardization technology organization. Different evaluation models have their own characteristics. Compared with the problem-oriented performance evaluation model, the practical-oriented evaluation model and the performance-oriented evaluation model, it can be found that the accountability-oriented performance evaluation model is the effective form of standardized technical organization evaluation. Accountability-oriented performance evaluation can promote the disclosure of performance information of standardization technology organizations and be responsible for the results, and improve the work level and the vitality of standardization technology organizations. At the same time, the government entrusts the assessment entrusted by the government is a direct and effective assessment method of standardization technical organizations, because it can guarantee the objectivity, fairness and scientificness of the assessment results with its unique independence, authority and organization.关键词
