Abstract
Requirement engineering belongs to the category of system engineering, which is promoted in the civil and military aircraft development. Through the practice of requirement engineering in two civil and military aircrafts development, and through the analysis of existing legislation and regulation, this paper gives the development procedure and defines the classic development flow which is based on the requirement engineering, providing some reference for improving the system engineering of aircraft development.关键词
