Abstract
Constructing the standard system of asset management evaluation and carrying out asset management evaluation activities in a more scientific and effective way can guide and promote the further application of asset management system of all the units in the company continuously and effectively. Through the literature research, the standard system is determined as the core research object, and the asset management evaluation is the research area. The evaluation of asset management essentially evaluates the asset management system, asset management activities and assets. On the basis of studying the related theories of asset management evaluation, this paper constructs the asset management evaluation standard system architecture, verifies the validity and practicability of the architecture by retrieving and correlating the existing evaluation criteria and proposes the principle of asset management evaluation standards and the principle of asset management evaluation standard system optimization.关键词
