摘要

Abstract

Taking the Yellow Crane Tower in Wuhan city as an example, this paper uses the network survey and tourist satisfaction index model to evaluate and analyze the customer satisfaction of tourist service quality in Wuhan. Based on the analysis results, it puts forward suggestions on the development of scenic spots, which at the same time provides a wide range of references to improve the quality of tourism services in Wuhan.
