摘要

Abstract

The engine bench test of the plasma wood fiber purifier is a necessary measure for its performance testing. Based on the characteristics of the plasma wood fiber purifier and LabVIEW virtual instrument, a matching performance detection system is designed. The hardware part mainly includes gas concentration sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, signal adjusting module and data acquisition card. The software part mainly includes LabVIEW virtual instrument prepared by the data processing and interface display program. The experimental results show that the design is able to realize the real-time performance detection of the plasma fiber fiber purifier, and is able to meet the requirements of the data acquisition of the performance parameters in the engine exhaust gas detection process.
