摘要
Abstract
The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fiber and compatilizer was added into polypropylene(PP).The microcellular foamed PP/PTFE fiber composites were prepared by injection method under the condition of twice-open mold.The effects of the amount of PTFE fiber on the mechanical properties,heat resistance and foaming behavior of the composites were studied.The results show that:when the amount of PTFE fiber is 2%,the tensile strength of the composite is increased by 13%,and the flexural modulus is increased by 16%.The PP microfoam composite has a perfect pore structure.The average diameter of the bubble hole is 71 μm,and the density of the bubble hole is 1.26 x 106 cell/cm3.关键词
