摘要

Abstract

With the help of UG,the injection mold design of multifunctional pen is carried out.Based on the injection molding process parameters and die structure,the Moldflow 6.1 software is used to mesh the mold flow path to analyze the best gating location.Moldflow 6.1 software were applied to divide the grid of mold runner and to analyze the optimum gate location.According to the adjusted process parameters,the representative flow results of filling,flow and warping are given,and the possible problems in the later manufacturing are predicted.Compared with the traditional die design method,the simulation analysis of Moldflow 6.1 software improves the accuracy and efficiency of mold design,and shortens the design and manufacturing cycle of dies.
