2014年-2016年中国临床护理实践指南的质量评价
Quality Evaluation of Clinical Nursing Practice Guidelines in China from 2014 to 2016

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the quality of Nursing Practice Guidelines in China from 2014 to 2016 and compare them with previ-ous guidelines.Methods:Clinical nursing practice guidelines published in academic journals were screened and retrieved from four Chi-nese journal databases:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM during the period of January 2014 to December 2016.The quality of guidelines included were evaluated by AGREE Ⅱ Instrument,created by AGREE Collaboration(Appraisal of Guidelines,Research and Evalua-tion).Results:A total of 50 guidelines were included.The scores of 6 domains of AGREE Ⅱ were:29.17%(23.61%,36.11%)on scope and purpose,0.00(0.00,0.00)on stakeholder involvement,5.73%(3.65%,7.29%)on rigour of development,50.00%(38.89%, 55.56%)on clarity of presentation,5.73%(3.13%,11.20%)on applicability,and 0.00(0.00,0.00)on editorial independence. There was a statistically significant difference between the evidence-based guidelines(EB-NPG)and the consensus based guidelines (CB-NPG)in six domains(P<0.05).Compared the results of this study with that of 1997 to 2013,the scores of the other five do-mains had statistically significant difference(P<0.01)in despite of the domain of editorial independence.Conclusions:The quality of clinical nursing practice guidelines in China from 2014 to 2016 was relatively lower,and compared with the clinical nursing practice guideline from 1997 to 2013,the only improved domain was the rigour of development.The guideline developers should focus on the study of methodology and standardize their reporting standards.关键词
