国外老年人长期照护研究热点的共词聚类分析
Hotspots of long-term care of the elderly abroad:a co-word cluster analysis

Abstract
Objective:To know about the hotspots of long-term care research for the elderly abroad in the past three years,and pro-vide references for the long-term care research of the elderly in China.Methods:The Medical Subject Headings(MeSH)of the elder-ly long-term care research literatures published in PubMed retrieval system during the past three years were treated as the objects. Bicomb software and SPSS 22.0 software were used for word frequency analysis and co-word duster analysis.Results:Totally 1 914 pieces of literatures on long-term care were retrieved,and 47 high-frequency MeSH words were selected.The co-word clustering analysis showed that there were 8 hotspots abroad on long-term care research for the elderly in the latest three years including:long term care resource utilization research,economics research,epidemiological studies,institutional quality standard research,research on organization and management,assessment on the elderly,job satisfaction research on the health care staff,the elderly mental and psy-chological research.Conclusions:The co-word cluster analysis of high-frequency MeSH words was useful to understand the hotspots abroad on long-term care for the elderly in recent years,and it could provide a direction for elderly long-term care research in Chi-na.关键词
