Abstract
Objective:To investigate the suicidal ideation and its influencing factors in patients with uremia.Methods:The General In-formation Questionnaire,Self-Rating Idea of Suicide Scale(SIOSS),the Resilience Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,and Hamil-ton Depression Scale were used to investigate 180 uremia patients hospitalized in nephrology department in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2016.Results:The total score of suicidal ideation in uremia patients was(8.67 ± 2.79),29 patients(16.1%)had suicidal ideation.The total scores of social support,depression,and psychological resilience were(58.01 ± 15.49),(10.65 ± 5.94), and(49.97 ± 13.46)respectively.There were statistically significant differences in education level,marital status,family average monthly income,whether or not complicating with other serious diseases,and whether having a willingness on kidney transplantation (P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that family average monthly income,whether or not with other serious disea-ses,whether having a willingness on kidney transplantation,depression status,and psychological resilience had an impact on the total score of the patients' suicidal ideation.Conclusions:The score of suicidal ideation in patients with uremia was generally high,which should be paid attention to by medical staff,especially for uremic patients with depressive tendencies,low level of psychological resili-ence,poor family economic conditions,and complicating with other serious diseases.Renal transplantation should be promoted vigor-ously in uremia patient,and suicidal behavior should be prevented and dealt with more practically and directly in uremic patients.关键词
