对不同层次藏族肺结核病病人进行双语健康教育的效果分析
Analysis of effect of education on bilingual health of Tibetan tuberculosis patients at different levels

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application efficacy of bilingual health education in patients with Tibetan tuberculosis(TB). Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,a total of 170 cases of TB hospitalized patients were included in this study from a TB specialized hospital in Tibetan.According to the master degree of Chinese language knowledge,patients were divided into Chi-nese language intervention group,50 cases(fully master Chinese language knowledge,given intervention in Chinese),Tibetan lan-guage intervention group,71 cases(master part of Chinese and know Tibetan,given intervention in Tibetan),and peer education group,49 cases.Conduct the investigation on the core knowledge of TB prevention and control at admission and before discharge,and evaluate the effect of the different intervention.Results:After intervention,the awareness rate of patients in Tibetan language inter-vention group and peer education group improved significantly on:whether TB is an infectious disease,the main approach to spread TB,prevention measurement of TB,and so on eight problems(P<0.05).Patients in Chinese language intervention group improved significantly on:the main approach to spread TB,prevention measurement of TB,TB diet requires four problems(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference before and after intervention on whether TB is an infectious disease,TB symptoms,endagers of non compliance with prescribed medication six problems(P>0.05).Conclusions:Providing different ways of health education according to the master degree of Chinese language and Tibetan language on Tibetan TB hospitalized patients could improve the TB knowledge of TB hospitalized patients in different Tibetan culture levels.关键词
