颗粒形状对陶瓷基复合材料有效力学性能的影响分析
Analysis of Influence for Particles with Different Shapes on the Effective Mechanical Properties of Ceramic Matrix Composites

Abstract
The finite element model of ceramic matrix composites reinforced with random particles for different shapes are established on the platform of ANSYS.Taking the two and three-dimensional models as the example,effective elastic modulus and effective thermal expansion coefficient of composites are predicted by using different methods.The results show that the effective elastic modulus increases with the volume fraction of particles increases and the effective thermal expansion coefficient decreases with the increase of volume fraction of particles;effective mechanical properties are different between different shapes,and the homogenization method is effective to predict the effective mechanical properties of ceramic composites.关键词
