摘要

Abstract

This paper briefly introduces the technology process of mosaic automatic constant temperature drying line,and introdueed the problems of the dry line in the link of the wear and the great driving force growth easy to cause the link chain,gear,noise and even broken chain.In view of the current mosaic brick drying line often wear chain link,after analysis and research of those serious problems.In this article,we designed a new drive chain structure,the structure can effectively reduce the wear between article the drive chain and support guide device,the production shows that the method can effectively reduce the traditional chain broken happens,effectively prolong the service life of the chain,reduced the enterprise equipment maintenance cost.
