摘要

Abstract

In this experiment,the anti-tyrosinase and antioxidant activities of Ilex cornuta leaves extract (LIC) were measured.Ethanol extraction and increasing solvent polarity separation was used to obtain the component of LIC,its inhibition on tyrosinase and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical were measured.The result showed that the trichloromethane extract and butyl alcohol extract had strong inhibition on tyrosinase,the value of IC50 reached 0.414 and 0.667 mg/mL respectively.The kinesis study showed that their inhibition on tyrosinase were both reversible and inhibition types were both mixed.The trichloromethane extract of KI and KIs were 0.269 mg/mL and 0.555 mg/mL;KI and KIs of butyl alcohol extract were 0.273 mg/mL and 0.944 mg/mL.Meanwhile,both of them was found to have certain scavenging effect,IC50 was 0.132 and 0.039 mg/mL,which showed that LIC extract both had anti-tyrosinase and antioxidant efficacy,revealed it had potential application value in cosmetic,medicine and food,etc.
